Interested in Joining the Team:

If you've managed to stumble upon this page that means your interested in joining the team. Now lets start off by saying a few words about Matt's & Steven's vision. First off they started A&C because they both had a passion. Matt with web-design/IT and Steven with Marketing. That was just the ground work for the company. What truly inspired them to start this venture is the ability to go above and beyond. The ability to use the company as a platform for innovation, creative thinking, and above all else make a difference in the world. The problem for both Matt & Steven has been that people don't like to take College/High School students seriously. When you develop your own business (as in A&C Media Consulting LLC) and get that letter in the mail from the State of New Jersey and the Federal Government recognizing your business, people start listening. It's one thing to say you have the skills but its entirely different to take those skills, hard work, and showcase it in a company.

So if the above statement got your interest than continue reading, if not we are sorry and hope the best for you on your future adventures... Good you decided to keep reading. So what we want from you is a few things. The first is that you are a creative thinker, have a vision, and have ideas. We want to help you pursue your ideas, we will give you all the help and tools necessary to accomplish them. The next is a skill set, you don't need to be a web-designer, an expert accountant, or an extreme knowledge in a specific field. But you must have a passion with the ability to learn and grow. This company is in it's beginning stages and we are looking for people to help venture forth and really help us take it to the next level.

Let me give you a quick example of projects we are working on or have worked on. Matt has recently undertaken a hosting initiative. He has been working hard on transforming A&C's newest server to automate a hosting process for users. He has also started working on a Charity site that costs $0 to users and takes 0 Commission. Steven has been working tirelessly on an innovative new car platform for both shoppers and dealers. These have less to do with web-design and way more to do with passion, creativity, innovation, and forward thinking. These are the kinds of ideas that we want from our partners, workers, and employees.
